Mr. Foggs needed an innovative cocktail machine to evoke the sense of travel and wonder prevalent throughout Around the World in Eighty Days.

Vision:

We envisioned a groundbreaking installation transforming cocktail preparation into a theatrical journey, captivating audiences with every serve. Victorian alchemy threaded with modern mixology.

Creativity:

We merged Victorian design with cutting-edge micro-distillery technology by crafting a poetic wheel that embodies the spirit of exploration and timeless ingenuity.

Precision:

We engineered every component, custom-crafted in brass, steel and glass, using CNC machining, 3D printing, and meticulous hand finishing. Our precision ensures the machine delivers a perfectly stirred Negroni in just 45 seconds, captivating guests with every cocktail.

The hardware was sequenced with scripted software to define the machine’s functionality, which was then proof tested, calibrated, and refined alongside professional mixologists to pour and stir a Negroni to the ideal temperature. The Mechanical Mixologist is now installed and turning at the Society of Exploration, providing both an interactive and industrious centrepiece for the Mr Fogg’s experience.
